Die saftigen Apfelst\u00fccke helfen au\u00dferdem dabei, den faserigen Ingwer leichter durch den Slow Juicer zu transportieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zutaten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 g frischer Ingwer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Zitrone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 \u00c4pfel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zubereitung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wasche den Ingwer und die \u00c4pfel und schneide alles in St\u00fccke, die in deinen Entsafter passen. Entferne die Apelkerne und sch\u00e4le die Zitrone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entsafte die Zutaten in einem Slow Juicer. Ich verwende meinen Hurom Slow Juicer und wechsle den Ingwer mit Apfelst\u00fccken ab, was dabei hilft, dass alles leichter durch den Entsafter wandert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00fchre den Saft gut um, gie\u00df ihn in einen Eisw\u00fcrfelbeh\u00e4lter und friere ihn \u00fcber Nacht ein. Sobald sie gefroren sind, kannst du die W\u00fcrfel in einen dichten Beh\u00e4lter umf\u00fcllen und im Gefrierschrank aufbewahren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie ich sie verwende<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gib einen W\u00fcrfel in ein Glas und f\u00fcge ca. 250 ml warmes, nicht kochendes Wasser hinzu. Schmelzen lassen, umr\u00fchren, genie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Da meine Version recht viel Ingwer enth\u00e4lt, f\u00fcge ich einfach etwas mehr Wasser hinzu, wenn ich es milder mag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warum so gesund?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingwer enth\u00e4lt nat\u00fcrliche bioaktive Verbindungen, darunter Gingerole, die f\u00fcr ihre antioxidativen und entz\u00fcndungshemmenden Eigenschaften bekannt sind.
